Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is serious and if nerve blocks don’t help you it is better to consult a neurosurgeon to see if surgery can.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
